How the free trial works. Your trial runs for 14 days at no cost. On day 15 your subscription automatically begins and Shopify charges your selected plan ($12.95/month$119.95/year) to your Shopify account. To avoid being charged, cancel before day 15 by uninstalling BotBlockade from your Shopify admin (Settings → Apps and sales channels → uninstall); uninstalling ends the subscription immediately. Straight answers
What happens when my free trial ends?
Your 14-day trial is completely free. On day 15, your subscription starts automatically and Shopify bills you for the plan you chose — $12.95/month or $119.95/year. You'll be billed through your normal Shopify account, alongside your other app charges.
How do I cancel so I'm not charged?
Cancel any time before day 15 to avoid the charge. Go to your Shopify admin → Settings → Apps and sales channels, find BotBlockade, and uninstall it. Uninstalling ends the subscription immediately. You can reinstall later, though trials are one per store.
Will BotBlockade block my real customers?
Not if you don't want it to. You decide what gets blocked. Manual blocking only touches the IPs you choose. Automatic blocking only kicks in above the risk threshold you set, and anyone on your trusted-IP allowlist is always safe — real shoppers don't get caught in the net.
What's the difference between manual and auto-block?
Manual is you, in the driver's seat: watch the feed, spot a bad IP, click block. Auto-block is BotBlockade doing that for you against a threshold you set — useful overnight and during big campaigns. Most owners run both. Either way, you stay in control.
Do I need to touch any code?
No. BotBlockade installs from the Shopify App Store and runs from your admin. There's nothing to configure in your theme and no scripts to paste.
